Participants registering for HMSJ + GPACH will be asked to provide membership and certification-related information during registration, including applicable Japan Headache Society membership status, membership number, and specialist registration number, where applicable.

HMSJ + GPACH に参加登録される方は、参加登録時に、日本頭痛学会の会員種別、会員番号、専門医登録番号等、該当する会員・資格関連情報をご入力いただきます。

Participants who wish to receive Certified Training Credits for renewal must meet the Japan Headache Society membership and eligibility requirements, attend the required HMSJ sessions live, either in person or online, and pass the poster-conference test. Participants who are not JHS members may still attend the applicable HMSJ sessions and take the post-conference test for the Certificate of Headache Master, but JHS training credits for renewal will not be granted.

日本頭痛学会の研修認定単位の付与を希望される方は、日本頭痛学会が定める会員資格および対象要件を満たし、指定された HMSJ セッションに現地またはオンラインのライブ配信で参加し、会期後テストに合格する必要があります。日本頭痛学会の非会員の方も、該当する HMSJ セッションを受講し、Certificate of Headache Master の発行に必要な会期後テストを受験することは可能ですが、日本頭痛学会の研修認定単位は付与されません。

To be eligible to take the post-conference test and receive the Certificate of Headache Master, participants must:

会期後テストの受験および Certificate of Headache Master の発行対象となるには、以下の条件を満たす必要があります。

• Attend the full HMSJ sessions

  HMSJ セッションを全て受講すること

• For virtual participants, attend the livestreamed HMSJ sessions and meet the required viewing record requirements.

  オンライン参加の場合は、HMSJ セッションのライブ配信を視聴し、必要な視聴記録要件を満たすこと

• Complete and pass the post-conference test after the Conference.

  会期後テストを受験し、合格すること

• Attend the required Case-Based Discussion session(s) during the Conference and submit a report based on the attended Case-Based Discussion topic.

  会期中に指定された Case-Based Discussion セッションに参加し、 受講したセッションの内容に基づくレポートを提出すること

• Ensure that all required membership and certification information is accurately provided during registration.

  参加登録時に、必要な会員・資格関連情報を正確に入力すること

Post-conference test details and access instructions will be sent to eligible participants after the Conference.

会期後テストの詳細およびアクセス方法は、対象者へ会期後にご案内いたします。

Eligibility for Certified Training Credits for Renewal and recognition equivalent to one year of clinical training at an accredited educational facility is subject to Japan Headache Society membership status and applicable JHS requirements. Certified Training Credits for Renewal require live attendance, either in person or online; on-demand viewing does not qualify. In addition, participants who complete the HMSJ program and attend the Japan Headache Society Annual Meeting Educational Seminar may receive recognition equivalent to one year of clinical training at an accredited educational facility when applying to take the Japan Headache Society Specialist Certification Examination.

日本頭痛学会の研修認定単位および教育認定施設における診療歴1年分に相当する認定の対象可否は、日本頭痛学会の会員資格および学会が定める要件に基づきます。研修認定単位の付与には、現地参加またはオンラインのライブ配信による受講が必要であり、オンデマンド視聴は対象となりません。また、日本頭痛学会専門医認定試験の受験の際に、HMSJプログラムに加え、日本頭痛学会総会教育セミナーを受講することで、教育認定施設における診療歴1年分に相当する認定を受けられます。

Please note that late arrival, early departure, or incomplete viewing records may affect eligibility for the post-conference test and/or credit recognition.

遅刻、早退、または視聴記録が不完全な場合、会期後テストの受験資格および単位認定に影響する場合がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

All paid registrations must be completed by credit card through the online registration system.

有料参加登録は、オンライン登録システム上でクレジットカードにてお支払いください。

Full payment is required to complete HMSJ + GPACH Registration. Registration will not be confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

HMSJ + GPACH 参加登録を完了するには、参加費全額のお支払いが必要です。お支払いの確認が完了するまで、参加登録は確定いたしません。

Registration fees are non-refundable; however, transfer of registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate's registration via the confirmation email and updating the registration details with the new delegate's information.

参加費の返金はいたしかねます。ただし、登録確認メールより元の参加登録情報に再度アクセスし、新しい参加者情報へ変更することで、参加登録を別の方へ譲渡することが可能です。

No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.

会議にご参加されなかった場合も、返金はいたしかねます。

In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel, accommodation and other personal costs will not be refunded.

万が一、本会議が中止となった場合でも、旅費、宿泊費、その他個人的な費用については返金いたし兼ねます。
